Profumo Auto designs and sells custom-made hanging car air fresheners, including personalized and company-branded items. All products are made-to-order based on customer specifications.

2. Order and Production Process

• Production begins only after the customer has approved the design and full payment has been received.
  
• Orders that are not paid for will not enter production, and the stated production timelines do not apply.
  
• Once the design is approved and payment is completed, the production process will begin.
  
• No changes can be made after the design approval.
  

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices include VAT.
  
• Payment is required in advance at the time of placing the order.
  
• Orders can also be placed by paying a deposit, with the remaining balance due before production starts.
  
• Products will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
  

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Production time may vary depending on the quantity and design complexity.
  
• Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination country.
  
• Profumo Auto is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier once the product has been shipped.
  

5. Customs and Import Duties

• For international shipments, any additional customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• These charges are determined by the local laws of the destination country and are beyond our control.
  
• Profumo Auto is not responsible for undelivered packages due to unpaid customs charges.
  

6. Returns and Exchanges

• All products from Profumo Auto are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
• In the event of a production error or incorrect item, the issue must be reported within 3 business days of delivery by emailing profumoauto@gmail.com.
  
• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  

7. Copyright and Design Responsibility

• The customer is fully responsible for the content they provide, including logos, texts, and images.
  
• The customer confirms that they have legal rights to use the provided materials.
  
• Profumo Auto is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements resulting from customer-submitted content.
  

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Customer data is used solely for order processing and communication purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

• Profumo Auto reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  
• Any changes become effective once published on the website.
